Veteran's Day Assembly Held at Northeast

Science Fair Entry Forms Due to Mrs. Peyton by November 20th

All students in grades 1-4 will have the option of participating in our school science fair this year, which is scheduled for January 25th. Entry forms are due to Mrs. Peyton by November 20th. All 5th graders will participate through Mrs. Peyton's science class. That 5th grade information will be sent home soon!

PTO selling & delivering "Boo Grams" this week!

PTO will be selling "Boo Grams" (a blow-pop sucker made to look like a ghost) for $1 each, or you can buy a class set for $25. All proceeds fund classroom grants for teachers. They will sell them before school on Monday-Tuesday, Oct. 29 & 30, and deliver them to all classes on Weds, Oct. 31st.

Book-O-Ween, October 26th

Students are asked to dress as their favorite book character, and bring a copy of that book with them to school for our annual Book-O-Ween parade! Costumes must be appropriate. (No blood/guts/gory images, please)

Red Ribbon Days Coming! Oct. 24-26

We will recognize Red Ribbon days at Northeast Oct. 24th - 26th by dressing in different way to show support of our decision to say NO to drugs:
Wednesday - wear pajamas/ Red ribbon bracelets given out.
Thursday - Dress up in superhero style.
Friday is Book-o-Ween: Dress up as favorite book character. We will also have our dance against drugs in the gym during specials with Anthony & DJ Sordo.
