Lyric Theatre performed an interactive version of Rodgers & Hammerstein's well-loved play, Oklahoma!, for our 3rd and 4th grade classes to enjoy. This experience links perfectly with their curricular study of Oklahoma and our state's history. Thank you, Mrs. Turner, for writing the grant that funded this presentation!

Students are asked to dress as their favorite book character, and bring a copy of that book with them to school for our annual Book-O-Ween parade! Costumes must be appropriate. (No blood/guts/gory images, please)
We will recognize Red Ribbon days at Northeast Oct. 24th - 26th by dressing in different way to show support of our decision to say NO to drugs: Wednesday - wear pajamas/ Red ribbon bracelets given out. Thursday - Dress up in superhero style. Friday is Book-o-Ween: Dress up as favorite book character. We will also have our dance against drugs in the gym during specials with Anthony & DJ Sordo.
