Established in 2001, Northeast Elementary School is one of nine elementary schools in the Owasso Public Schools District. Northeast currently serves 609 students in grades PreK - 5th, has 34 certified teachers, and 8 support staff members. We offer 3 specials areas: Physical education, music and computers. We also offer leadership teams for students in 4th and 5th grades. Our school features a gorgeous covered outdoor classroom with raised gardens maintained by our Gardening Club. We also have newly renovated Maker Space areas in our library to encourage STEM learning. We are a Green STEM school and offer a full recycling program as well. Northeast has been named a Great Expectations Model School for 8 consecutive years and maintains a very active Parent Teacher Organization. Our office opens at 8:30 a.m. and school begins at 9:00 a.m. School dismisses at 3:45 p.m. each day.
